Rockwell Type Specimen

The typeface specimen is meant to show the versatility of a typeface with all of its different variations. As Rockwell is a slab-serif typeface, I chose to represent its structure with vertically stacked letters. I used both color and text placement to carefully structure hierarchy and draw the viewer's eye around the poster. Working intently with Rockwell helped me learn how to critically analyze typefaces as well as research and write a brief overview of its history.
